I recently was given the opportunity to list a neighbor’s home in North Caldwell… The home had good bones, and had been maintained consistently over the years by the homeowners. My first tour of the home confirmed my guess that the home would show even better if it looked younger inside… It goes without saying that Amy and Katie worked wonders! After spending an entire weekend at prep work, re-arranging furniture, adding and subtracting paintings, “neutralizing” some aspects of the décor and enhancing others, they let me see the finished product – a masterpiece!  (The owners had left on vacation, and did not see the results “live” until their return two weeks later… the yard sign already said “Under Contract”!). I hope to have the opportunity to work with Amy and Katie again soon. Everyone was pleased with the results they produced:  the home sellers, the buyers and the neighborhood realtor – me!

In today’s real estate market I strongly recommend to stage your home when selling.  I refer my clients to Ambiance Decorators. In my opinion I feel that with Ambiance a home can sell as much as 10% higher than a home that is not staged.  That is very significant!
